2. Products and Pricing

  • All product prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

3. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via SMS to the phone number you provide.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Accra and across Ghana. Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days within Accra and 3-5 business days for other regions.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +233 59 183 7867 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Certain items (e.g., waist beads that have been custom-fitted) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Body Cessory and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
